Lead → KYC → client, one auditable system
The problem
Brokerage operations were spread across disconnected tools, with leads in one place, onboarding in another, and KYC and compliance tracked by hand. Nothing was auditable end to end, and regulated workflows can’t run on spreadsheets.
What I built
A custom CRM tailored to financial operations, designed around the real domain rather than a generic sales pipeline.
- One domain model spanning lead management, client onboarding, and KYC workflows, so a person moves through a single auditable lifecycle instead of being re-keyed between tools.
- Role-based access control and audit logging throughout: who changed what, when, on a regulated record.
- OAuth2 authentication and real-time dashboards built on a Laravel + Vue.js stack, with Redis caching for the read-heavy operational views.
The result
Operations got a single source of truth for the client lifecycle, compliance got the audit trail it needs, and the platform became the backbone for downstream trading and risk integrations.
